Requirements:
- Licensed in North Carolina and/or Florida
- Board certified in family medicine, geriatrics, internal medicine, neurology, or psychiatry
- Outpatient experience in the last year
- Experieince in Geriatrics, Neurology, or dementia care preferred
- Professional English oral and written communication proficiency at least at the level of lower advanced native speaker. Additional Spanish oral communication proficiency at the level of at least low intermediate is preferred, but not required.
